ITIL is a sys...You're a little off about ITIL.<br /><br />ITIL is a system produced by the UK government for managing (presumably big) IT projects. Nobody else I speak to has ever noticed the irony in this: the UK govt. cannot do IT to save it's life. They have wasted billions of £s on failed IT projects.
